Shipping policy

We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or destinations outside Great Britain.

Standard delivery is included in our displayed prices. Products are made to order. Please allow the following estimated times from placing your order:
• Sweatshirts and T-shirts: 5–13 working days.
• Christmas card packs: 3–7 working days.
• Art prints: 5–10 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. These estimates include order processing, production and delivery. They are not guaranteed arrival dates. We will tell you if we expect a significant delay; any revised contractual delivery deadline requires your agreement.

Orders containing different products may arrive in separate parcels, at no additional delivery charge. We will send dispatch information by email. Tracking is provided when available; standard card delivery is untracked.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact run.by.animals@outlook.com. We remain responsible for delivery until you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods; you do not need to pursue the carrier yourself.

Unless we agree a different period with you, we will deliver within 30 days. If we miss an agreed essential delivery date, or refuse delivery, you may be entitled to end the contract immediately and receive a refund. Otherwise, you can give us an appropriate additional period to deliver and cancel for a refund if we still fail to do so. This does not restrict your separate cancellation rights.

Please check your address at checkout and contact us promptly about mistakes. We will try to make changes, although they may be impossible once production or dispatch has begun. We will discuss any necessary redelivery charge before asking you to pay it.

Christmas arrival is not guaranteed by the estimates above. We will publish seasonal ordering advice when confirmed. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering.
